ORDER INFORMATION
- Duplication of Video MVP products is strictly prohibited.
- No Refunds. Orders are created on an individual basis, therefore no refunds can be issued.
- All products are guaranteed.
- Not responsible for orders placed with incorrect delivery addresses.
- Digital video resolutions will vary (SD or HD) depending on the date and what type of products were originally produced.
- Digital files are not available immediately. Download link will be emailed the next business day.
- Disc products are produced on DVD-R, DVD+R/DL or BD-R discs. Make sure your player is compatible before purchasing.
- Products are typically edited and produced within four weeks of the performance/event.
- Orders are normally shipped within three business days.
- If you have a product you believe is defective, contact us. If we determine it is defective, we will replace it with the same title only. Return shipping paid by customer. Replacement shipping paid by Video MVP.
- Products may only be available for a limited time.
- Sales tax is included in the product price.
- All sales are final.
